01 Overview

GFW Holdings, LLC is a private holding company that invests in, acquires, and administers real estate. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

This Policy describes the information we collect through the Site and in the ordinary course of our business, and how we use and share it. This Site and its contents are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

02 Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us.

Information you provide

  • Contact & inquiries. When you contact us or submit a form, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message.
  • Investor & partner information. If you invest or partner with us, we may collect identifying and contact information, and information necessary to conduct due diligence, administer the relationship, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We may need to verify your identity.
  • Property & transaction information. Information related to properties, opportunities, and transactions we evaluate or undertake, which may include information about counterparties, tenants, or vendors as applicable.
  • Communications. The content of emails, letters, and other correspondence you send to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Cookies & similar technologies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies as described in Cookies & Tracking.

03 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • Evaluate opportunities and provide our investment, acquisition, and property administration services;
  • Manage investor and partner relationships, including reporting and recordkeeping;
  • Process and administer transactions and payments;
  • Verify identity and comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations;
  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site;
  • Protect the security and integrity of our Site and business and prevent fraud; and
  • Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

04 Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function and help owners understand how they are used. We use only a limited set of cookies and similar technologies.

  • Essential cookies enable core functionality such as page navigation and security. The Site cannot function properly without them.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. This may involve third-party analytics providers.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by applicable law, we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for that browser or device. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track,” the Site does not currently respond to those signals, but we do honor recognized opt-out preference signals as described above.

05 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below.

  • Service providers. Companies that perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, email and communications, analytics, and information technology — permitted to use the information only to provide those services.
  • Professional advisors & transaction partners. Attorneys, accountants, brokers, lenders, title and escrow companies, property managers, and similar parties, where reasonably necessary to evaluate, complete, or administer a transaction or our operations.
  • Affiliates. Entities under common ownership or control with GFW Holdings, where appropriate to conduct our business.
  • Legal & regulatory. When we believe disclosure is required to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of GFW Holdings, our partners, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. In other cases where you direct or permit us to share your information.

06 Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools and embedded content. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

07 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide and administer our services, maintain investor, transaction, and business records, comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. The exact retention period depends on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

08 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own account and device credentials secure.

09 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may have the rights below. We extend the core of these choices to others where practicable.

  • Right to know / access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.
  • Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; where applicable, you may confirm or exercise this choice, including via a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive information. To the extent we process any sensitive personal information, you may request that we limit its use to what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

10 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@gfwholding.com with enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.

  • Verification. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by confirming information we already hold about you.
  • Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
  • Response. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why.

11 Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12 International Visitors

If you access the Site or engage with us from outside the United States, be aware that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
